Ratings and reviews

When you go to your "Manage Tickets" account, it gives an error message saying "Session Expired Please sign in Again" but there's no way to sign in, go back, or do anything. It completely locks up the app and have to swipe it closed. Same thing happens when you try to click on the "Log in to ticketmaster" link. Totally worthless.

Crashes 100% of the time I try to open mobile tickets. Terrible app until this is fixed. Edit: almost a year later still not fixed, have crazy issues trying to even just transfer a ticket. Why not just make an app that works instead of forcing us to use one that doesn't? Edit 2: 2 years later, no issues resolved. This is the worst app I have ever used, and we are forced onto it for our tickets. Edit: 3 years later, still have issues with not loading tix. I hate this app.

This app since its inception has been nothing short of a nightmare. Whether it be "session expired" every time I enter my login info or the inability to even log in to manage tickets or ticketmaster not recognizing my credentials or...you get the idea. Asthetically the feed and media all look nice and function well. I just wish the app would actually work as it pertains to account and ticket management, which in my experience has never been the case.
