Ratings and reviews

Very hard to register with this app. It's OCR system has the hardest time reading the card details. And even on the rare chance that it did, it failed to register in the end stating that the app is unable to register at the moment. EDIT: I did create a support ticket and yes the registration error did get fixed. But the issue with OCR still persists. It's inconsistent. Genuinely an alternative to OCR would be ideal. Increasing rating to 3, would review again after using the app for a while.

App cannot scan PR cards in any light. I have moved in a well lit room and then the scan gets white washed. In balanced light you cannot read the text. There is no option to upload a pic, bor there is a way to input client id etc.

While the value of the Canoo membership is great, the quality od the app/support was poor. Examples: - Cannot transfer membership between phones. - OCR scanning is bad, it never picks up all the details
