This Application is the only tool that can be used for requesting and activating the services for the citizen provided by the JANUS platform. The citizen residing in one of the Municipalities of the Social Territorial Area 10 (Cerreto d'Esi, Fabriano, Genga, Sassoferrato, Serra San Quirico), directly or through other subjects and entities that have installed the application on their PCs or mobile devices, submit the request for the service you need. This request will be processed by the Operations Center and sent to the territorial entity proposed to provide the service. The user will receive confirmation of taking charge and instructions on how to provide the service.
