Ratings and reviews

I'm on the fence with this one. Some of the locations are a really good deal and some are money grabbers. Machines advertise get free ice by downloading the app and use the app to pay. Not all locations are set up to use the app. Have to pay by cash or card, and you don't get credit towards free ice. I've probably missed out on 2 free bags this way already. Also when you have to add funds to your account, lowest amount you can add is $15. If you only want to add $10 or $5, sorry. You're SOL.

I can't speak to the usability of the app because almost none of the many ice machines that I visit are even shown on the map at all, let alone in blue (available through the app). The one that I do visit that is on the map in white, the pin is nowhere near where the actual machine is, it's showing it as across the highway and down the road past an intersection etc. It's annoying how impossible it is to have a comprehensive list of ice machines on a map that is accurate. I'm always searching for ice and have no good resource to find it.

Worthless app. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We have 2 locations in town and they're almost always unable to dispense ice. The app can't detect my location anymore either, so I can't use coupons I've earned or anything. Customer service # on machine are never answered or they are disconnected. How wonderful of them. Can't maintain they're machines, app, or offer customer support.
