Ratings and reviews

The app is very informative, better than the previous version. However I notice that the search stops working. I uninstalled the app and re-installed. It worked for a day and then stopped (does not search anything). I uninstalled and re-installed, again same behaviour. For this reason I re-installed the old version as well. Can you fix the search issue in this new version.

The app has very difficult navigation, which is entirely different from the website. It doesn't allow users to fill in the nominee details. The foreign investment section is particularly hard to understand. Navigating and understanding the portfolio, orders, and open positions is also very challenging. On the positive side, the app allows SIP (Systematic Investment Plan), but it should offer more guidance on the minimum amount required. Many stock orders are not executed.

After the latest update in Jun 2024, the app throws a pop up asking for disabling developer or debugging option, which is not available on my phone.. Now I'm unable to use the app because of the pop up.. Update: I wrote to the customer service mentioning the issue and they sent their standard message asking me to turn off developer option (which I already mentioned that such an option is not available to me on the phone). Pathetic response.. You just lost an active user.
