UPDATE: The issue appears to be resolved It is an amazing app when it works. Lately it has been absolutely horrible and cannot be opened though. It keeps saying I don't have an Internet connection when I do.

Once it works (activated and logged in) it's OK but still a rather clunky experience. Activation however had to be tried again and again over several days and also the service desk only knows how it is supposed to work which is not how it actually functions. I think a rather poor app for a large company.

2 years later: update review... nothing has changed. The app still has the same problems preventing you from logging in and authorising payments. Awful. The app FREQUENTLY is unable to login due to an unexplained error. In some cases it lasts 15 minutes. In some cases it lasts for 2 days. In any case, I have NEVER had so much trouble logging into an app that the end goal is to spend money. Find a different card provider. Find a different app. Do not rely on this bottom of the barrel service.
