Theoretically good but greatly lacking in functionally. Sex offender notifications do not give a link to any report to see where these people are nor names of locations. The app has gotten more and more glitchy over the years, most likely due to the fact that the app has not been updated in almost 3 years; this is inexcusable for an insurance company. All information should be accessible via a browser AND through the app! UPDATE (9/16/24)-responded roughly a year and a half later-great service!

This app has not been updated in over TWO years at this point. That should tell you everything about the service on offer. Don't bother downloading it. If you have a subscription you can setup email alerts. The app just gives notifications, and won't let you look at the reports or reasons why. It's completely useless.

So secure I can no longer login. It doesn't do any good if I can't login.
