2019: Was great. Update forced reregistration, which was frustrating. Now keeps losing my details and can't complete registration. App has been rendered useless. PS Vanquis, please do not tell me I can use the website. If I wanted to go to all that hassle I wouldn't have the app, would I? Also you are not doing your best to resolve this quickly as you have said to other users. 2025: you have done it again. Unregistered me with no warning.

not been able to use the app for a very long time. after various updates installed, I open the app and the first thing that pops up is the app permissions box.. This is what I can't get past. it doesn't matter where I press, it won't acknowledge that I have pressed allow, so I cant access the app. it has been like this for so long that it has happened on my last few devices.. frustrated. 4 MONTHS LATER - Many uninstalls and reinstalls.. still can't access the app.

app is broken and has been for a week now. won't open. pretty poor for banking where it's crucial things work. EDIT: called after their reply to do so and a human had to help and told me my balance as the website was also wrong. they are experiencing massive tech issues which for this day and she is my good enough., not only do they not know anything about the timeframe to fix, it has been down for more than a few months. you're a bank. this is not good. edit 1/12/25: app STILL not working
