You can now report a power outage from the app, in addition to finding out the latest status on existing outages.

Hydro One's Mobile app provides Hydro One customers with detailed information on power outages and restoration times throughout our service area in Ontario, Canada.

The outage map is updated every 10 minutes with information on number of customers affected, estimated restoration times, outage causes and crew status to keep you informed.

NEW – Customers can now access myAccount self-service within the app! Enabling Hydro One customers to:
• View their bill and account balance
• Sign up for paperless billing
• Sign up for SMS notifications
• View 'time of use' usage details and more!

This app is useless. It doesn't even load just continuously buffers. couldn't expect anything more from hydro one

App doesn't work. Much like other users when I go to sign in to my account it just keeps flashing loading and it does NOTHING. It worked late last year (2022) when I moved, but I just went to log in and it won't let me. I figure for what we are paying for hydro these days they can take a few bucks and hire a 6 year old to redesign this app, maybe it will work better because I doubt they can make it any worse.

Used to work, but since the summer it doesn't work, at least the outage map has stopped loading. When I need it the most, like last night when the Bruce Peninsula had widespread outages, it failed completely. Inexcusable for a company that grabs every dollar from you. Please do a reality check and design a proper app. Thx.
