It no longer allows fingerprint scanning or iris scanning. Even with login credentials it has to "verify" every time I log in despite registering my device multiple times. They never offer to text verification to me only my husband. So I'm effectively locked out of my account. Mobile check deposit was great until they started making you write a paragraph to endorseit. Offering modern conveniences and then making it inconvenient to use them doesn't make any sense.

It has never remembered any device I've ever tried and the password expires every 30 days... Having to constantly verify the device every time you want to check your balance is a real pain. Not much focus was put on convenience. Spam popups every time you log in and you cannot disable. Feels more like something you would expect from Walmart or social media rather than a bank...

Critical error when trying to download e-statements. Running the latest version available, 2025.05.0. The message says, "Critical error occurred! This is embarrassing. We sincerely apologize for this." What's the point of having e-statements if you can't download them? Running S24+ Android 15 with latest security patch from 1 August. My wife is having same issue with her accounts on same model phone and app version.
