Prior to the last update, I would have given ☆☆☆☆☆! But not since then. Now when a message pops up, it remains on my screen for various amounts of time. An example is a large white box that says, "last login was whatever the date was." It stays there even after signing out and closing the app. Super annoying to say the least! It says that the latest version is not optimized & may cause a delay or not even respond to certain things. Sorry I can't remember the exact words, but that's close😠

The Webster First app is easy to use & is always up to date regarding the status of my accounts as well as news about such things as temporary changes in office hours for holidays, snowstorms etc. It allows for immediate transferring of funds between accounts with minimum effort. The bill paying service is excellent. It is just one more reason that I'm pleased with Webster First. I urge all members to install & use the app.

Issues with setting up a transfer. Since last week I keep getting an error message that they're having issues. I just want to make the payment my car loan. Worried the payment won't be automatically applied as usual if I can't manually perform it.
