Been banking here more than 20yrs. App was glitchy for me at first, last couple yrs gave it another try. Been working good so far. It's best to have easily remembered pw for the app, but strong. Generated pw's are hard to recall and makes it frustrating when you need to use app right away, and you're not at home. Just a tip. Update 4/13/24 The check deposit function stopped working. App consistently rejects back of check, claiming no endorsement. Had to drive to bank to physically deposit.

Even when the app was working, it wasnt that great. Nothing quite like your banking app containing ads... Anyway, now that it doesnt work at all, it's time for me to move on and bank somewhere else. Dont even get me started about trying to get ahold of someone for technical support... Non-existent...

Camera is glitchy today. It kept telling me thst the check had folded edges, but the check edges are straight. I had to take about 12 photos for to accept the photo. Thanks for updating the App, much better. I am upgrading to 5 stars! 4 stars for being able to deposit checks when I don't live in North Carolina. I take 1 star awy for having to take so many pictures before my check is acceptable.
