When I try to enable text notifications, I never receive the verification code because the application assumes that all phone numbers with the +1 prefix are from the United States. Frequently broken and difficult to use. Nonsensical changes are made every year that do nothing but make it confusing to find what you're looking for. This app also won't bother to save your biometric information, and autofill for the password frequently fails. I hate having to use this piece of software.

The lag between clicking "deposit" and "please review the photo" is long- I sometimes put down my phone and it times out. Maybe a warning when you click "deposit" that "your transaction is not complete until you approve the images of the check". It is also RIDICULOUS that you cannot see ANY details (other than amount) for deposited checks, either here or on the desktop site. It makes it very hard to reconcile accounts. I will never use this bank again, because of the difficulties with the digital services.
