Overall great. Current balance should top not included with over draft protection amount. Truly the overdraft amount is not my personal funds. It's only there for just in case purposes. I work hard to not have to use it. Some people may log in and see the highlighted green numbers and think, oh that's how much in my account. When truly it's not your amount.

do not trust what the app shows. the pending section regularly does not display charges. so, if you use it to track your balance, you will overdraft. this has been an issue for years.

The deposit feature and limited ability for BankPlus to support clients after hours and on weekends makes the app and service less than 1⭐️or less. I caused me to opened an account at Chase. The Jackson State University BankPlus branch is so exceptional, I reversed my decision to close my account. The female manager is outstanding beyond words. The tellers are amazing as well. Their commitment to serving the residents of Jackson but especially JSU is unmatched and greatly appreciated. 7plus ⭐️s
