I've used this app for my online banking for a few years now and I've had no issues with it to date. Easy to utilize, the team at North Country has done a fine job. Update: The login screen redesign is a step in the wrong direction, the "forgot password" button is right where you'd go to tap if you want to minimize your keyboard to get to the "log in" button. I miss the old design.

I've been using this app for a long time for all my mobile banking. It's worked well but the last 6 months to a year the updates have been terrible. Most of the time it won't load the details of an account. And this newest update makes every check held for review and if that happens on a weekend you have no access to that money until someone's in the office on Monday to review your deposit. The newest version of check deposit is awkward and hard to use. This app needs fixing!!!

It's great to be able to check your accounts, move money around between different accounts when need be and all from the comfort of your home!! The app has always worked great for me, such as when they had my account linked up with a complete stranger 🤔 I found it on the app, or the time they took money from my account and put it in my husband's account (without my knowledge) I found it on the app!! 😬😬 This has not been recent though.
