I wish I had done a little research before making the purchase of this streaming 2.4ghz hd video drone. Because as bad as the app is - spent over an hour trying to connect to no avail - it's just one of the many flaws with the whole package. I see now why I was able to get it marked 80% off clearance. But I thought with the name SHARPER IMAGE, I had nothing to worry about. Trust me, that brand name doesn't mean anything to me like it used to. Shame for selling your customers this!!

well worked fine on my Verizon note 8 with latest os oreo "don't quote on that" disabled background data in app settings so I didn't have to turn off .mobile data. unfortunately I had to do a factory reset and now I can't get past the wifi connect screen. I toggled every setting I can think of. can't figure out why the app can't access the wifi network. Oh and I've tried both 360 and the L version. same issue with both. gonna try the others now.

Yes the video quality is incredibly choppy but it actually works. I have to keep in mind that its not just the app its the drone camera which is actually pretty bad. Even though because of the camera quality you can't fly by camera well I tried to do that and I hit a tree because my camera froze. If you want a good drone that you can get high up and fly around I recommend a phantom 4 but overall its an ok app.
