Our company has a contract with this NGI, but the login process is incredibly complicated and frustrating. I've been trying to log in for the past week, and the outdated system they’ve implemented just doesn’t function properly. Even the "forgot password" option isn't working. Please consider updating this system to make it more user-friendly. Thank you

Terrible!!! Can't even log in. It would be great if you made the app usable so very your company is so stingy with sending out paper insurance cards. I had to screenshot the cards on my desktop to have a record of my new policy info. Really frustrating!!!

Read thru a few reviews. I have to agree with every one of them. Even with a fully paid account, app won't let you in. Gives u an error message & tells ù to "reload" the app. & of course u get stuck in the Neverending App nightmare...Then u try calling & a cheerful voice recording encourages u to do your claim online that way, it will be MUCH quicker ....( have the crisis hotline number handy, u will need it after a few painful hours with this company)
