This entire app will NOT work if you use your own router. I am using my own router, and the customer service technician confirmed that the entire app will not work if I use my own router. I could understand not being able to see the device, but I should be able to pay my bill and see internet usage at the very least. I can sign in but immediately prompted to onboard a router. If I try to cancel it, the prompt to onboard a router immediately pops back up, making the app completely useless.

Edit: I had to uninstall and reinstall to make this work again, but it appears to be back to how it was when I first got it. ----------------------------------- No longer works ("unable to connect"). It tells me I need to onboard my router again, but then it won't let me. It also says I should check to make sure I have the latest version of the app, which I do.

ImOn, we got some improvements to do on the app but ur service is amazing. Incorporate some ad and child restrictions...your app would be next level.
