UPDATE 12/27/23: I agree with the other reviews. Every time I have to uninstall and re-install and change my password. For a few months they had biometric sign in but now that's disappeared and I'm back to signing in every single time. At this point it would be much faster to fill out physical paperwork but that would mean more work for my client...

My experience with the app has been a HUGE disappointment. Too much time has been invested attempting to login without success. Each time I try my login fails. Every time I get the same response from calling for assistance: uninstall and reinstall the app, reset your password with the link emailed to you. Its ridiculous. Logging in to the website, not the app delivers the same frustration.

This app is not reliable. I started a session this morning with my client. When I went to end my session at the end of the day, it showed my start time at 8:28 am but showed I have only been working for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then, I couldn't even close the session. I rebooted my phone, and it gave me the same result. This app really sucks.
