Living in Bangladesh comes with unique challenges - from natural disasters to personal safety concerns. HMO puts emergency help at your fingertips with just one tap. It's like having a panic button that instantly alerts your trusted contacts, records your surroundings, and guides you to safety.

Here's how HMO can help you:
- Send automatic SOS messages with your exact location to trusted contacts

- Connect you with police emergency contacts throughout Bangladesh

Follow these simple steps to set up your safety net:
1. Add Trusted Contacts: Choose family and friends who should be notified in emergencies. We recommend adding 3-5 reliable contacts who can respond quickly.
2. Set Up Trusted Locations: Mark safe places on the map where you can go during emergencies. These could be your home, workplace, relative's house, or other secure locations.
3. Configure Emergency Permissions: Grant the necessary permissions so HMO can protect you effectively. Each permission enables different safety features, but the app works even if you don't enable all permissions.
4. Customize Your Panic Button: Change the colors, press duration, and behavior of your emergency button. Make it easy to use but hard to trigger accidentally.
5. Test the System: Do a test run with a trusted contact so they know what to expect if they receive an emergency alert from you.

Using HMO during an emergency is simple:
When you feel unsafe, press the panic button (either the floating button or the one inside the app). If you chose the long-press option, hold until the progress circle completes.

Once activated, HMO springs into action - sending SMS alerts, recording audio, showing nearby safe locations, and activating the dual camera. The emergency map screen will display your current location and the nearest trusted locations, police stations, hospitals, and fire stations.

To mark yourself safe after the danger has passed, press the panic button again to exit emergency mode. This will send a "safe" message to your contacts so they know you're okay.

Some tips for maximizing HMO effectiveness:
- Keep your trusted contacts and locations updated
- Test the app periodically to ensure everything works
- Enable the floating button for quicker access
- Customize your SMS messages to be clear and informative
- Remember that audio recordings and photos are saved locally on your phone

HMO also offer offline support for core features and doesn't collect or share your data. Your privacy is important to us, and all information stays securely on your device. You can use the app in Bengali or English, and switch between light and dark themes based on your preference.

We built HMO specifically for Bangladesh, with local police contacts pre-loaded and an understanding of the unique safety challenges faced by Bangladeshis. The app is lightweight and optimized for a wide range of Android devices.
