Unable to do the required work inspite of providing all necessary documents. There is no way to contact this company except a virtual assistant that doesn't repond to any requests and hangs up the call. Even in case of contacting anybody at the office, no proper answer, let alone solution, is given. The app doesn't facilitate any contact either. Extremely dissatisfied with their service. Still waiting for a proper response from iifl.

23rd sept 2024: Again the latest update in the app is not user friendly. The view under Portfolio option was easy to navigate and easy to understand in previous version. Now to see daily PL and Total PL, we need to click on the PL option which toggle between the different portfolio stats. Year 2021: Previous version was so simple and cleaner than this update. This update is not user friendly.

Whenever I try to open the App, it asks for UPDATE and it is disgusting that I can not open this App without updating everytime, while most other apps allows to open Apps without updation. Also, it is difficult to find LOG-OUT button. It is located in settings, while it should be on home screen.
