The web backend of ING credit card is very bad. But this app... oh my, this app is a downright nightmare. Most of the times you cannot log in ("try again later"), resetting the account password sends you in a loop, the fingerprint login just doesn't do anything. Only the authenticator function works fine, but is hidden in the upper left menu. Which you can use without logging in first, defying the security idea behind it. Who built this thing? And why are years of complaints not listened to?

I only installed this app for web-login purposes, which worked fine for 2 years. While recently on the phone with ING creditcard helpdesk to analyse a transaction, I was asked to login... which constantly failed. Later it turned out the app moved to Android 7 without prior warning, in the app itself or via email to current users. Suddenly I'm forced to buy a new phone just to be able to see my online credit card statements.

Terrible design. After recent update, it requires typing password for logging in to the app EVERY TIME and for approving payments EVERY TIME! Options for pin code or biometrics just disappeared. This is like a big step back. And after approval in the app, the online purchase fails 9 out of 10 of the times. This is the failure of ING because the purchase works immediately when I switch to my personal master or Amex card. I will cancel my ING commercial card because it's unusable now.
