Every single time I open this app it gives me an "invalid email or username" error that I have to dismiss to even be able to enter my login info. This is when I open the app, before I even have the chance to enter any info. There is also no way to look at only shifts that have no one signed up. I can filter to not include shifts that are "full", but there is no way to show only shifts that have no one signed up for them at all. Honestly just a poorly made service.

Just got software update on my Android. App no longer works. It's been nearly a month since my original posting and the app still doesn't work for me or for a lot of android users. I was told it's a known issue and is being worked. I see no sense of urgency here for getting this up and running. How many users do they have to lose before this becomes important?

This is a horrible app. It is not intuitive, not user-friendly, UX is poorly designed, it's hard to navigate, screen layouts are a waste of space. It could have been designed and written by middle schoolers. If you're a company looking for a volunteer app, keep looking.
