The DeliveryTrack pharmacy delivery app helps manage your pharmacy’s delivery process. Manage your pharmacy delivery logistics from item validation and route optimization to signature capture, providing audit compliance and peace of mind.

Note: Android devices must uninstall 6.2.0 before installing play store application and will require driver manager to activate device.

• Real-Time Delivery Tracking – provides pharmacy managers with a drivers’ accurate real-time location to answer order progress inquiries with confidence, recalculate delivery estimates on demand, and keep customers up to date instantly. DeliveryTrack® uses a foreground service to provide real-time GPS tracking of delivery personnel. This ensures accurate delivery updates and route optimization while the app is in use. A persistent notification is shown to inform users of ongoing application running.

• Route Optimization -- Save time, fuel, and money with enhanced routing. Automatically create optimized routes and get orders to your patients faster. We crunch the data so you get better runs, routes, and scheduling for medication deliver.

• Searchable Proof of Delivery -- Searchable proof of deliveries by tote, manifest, or Rx. DeliveryTrack customers see a reduction or complete elimination of proof of delivery-related non-compliance fines. Track orders from start to finish and instantly access delivery manifests with signature, name, and signee role.

• Audit Preparation and Manifest Reconciliation -- DeliveryTrack provides closed-loop integration and a full audit trail from order receipt to final proof of delivery, allowing the pharmacy to do full delivery manifest reconciliation.

I don’t know why the pharmacy I work with chose an app with a 2.4 out of 5 stars rating—maybe you’re the only game in town—but that rating seems fair. Lately, the scanner has been a big problem: it doesn’t focus, it randomly zooms in, and the scan window disappears. Simply exiting the app and restarting it doesn’t fix that last problem. I have to "force stop" the app and then restart it for it to work again... for a while. I know two other people that are having the same problems.

Horrible app experience today with newest version! Using Pixel 6A. Integra - why would you allow such a horrible broken experience using 6.4.2.3064? Big waste of my time. I had to downgrade back to ver 6.2.0.2866 (6.2A) and everything works again. Here are all the problems I had with 6.4.2.3064: 1.Scanning/beep sound has notable delay even after signing and clicking next. 2. Lots of lagging. 3. Multiple Logging in problems. 4. switching apps causes app log off. 5. last name input enter fail. etc

Glitches!!! Open it and it closes out several times. Have to restart my phone about 7 times for it to maybe work. Co-workers have the same issues. Frustrating because I need it to be able to do my job.
