TimeMint Manager has been designed for use with the TimeMint app, an app for employees, allowing managers to manage the employees they oversee. They can view when and where employees under their supervision are checking in - out, see a page displaying the current status of employee attendance immediately, view pending leave requests and approve various types of leave, and view the number of times at each on-site location to assess how often employees are at the workplace. Managers can check in - out for employees.
Additionally, managers can search for and press a button to navigate to locations recorded in the system using a map app, and approve mobile devices on which the TimeMint app is installed for employee authentication. The app stores all data in the cloud, so there is no need for your own server. You can start using TimeMint by creating the account on the website timemint.co.
Some functional features of the application:
- Approve various leave records for employees requested.
- Approve overtime requested records for employees.
- View the list of all employees who have checked in, along with their status.
- View individual employee's leave and overtime history.
- Check in - out on behalf of employees (depending on the permissions set by the admin).
- Approve time adjustments (check-in - out) for employees.
- View employee information in the "My Employees" function.
