The app has not worked in months and it constantly asks to be upgraded, but once done it still does not work. Unortunately this is one of the reasons that I went with this particular thermostat and it is very disappointing that it is not working. I'm looking to have my HVAC professionals replace it. I absolutely do not recommend it if you are intending to use it for the app. the thermostat is fine, but worthless if the purpose for purchasing is to be able to use an app.

I had an ecobee with my old hvac, and I loved it. now I'm stuck with having to use this one, and it's horrible. you have very limited control of the system, and you can't do the easiest things like "run the fan 10min every hour" like the ecobee could. so now I find myself having it do it manually, then I forget it's running for several hours, costing me money. fix your app and give us full control. oh, and make the systems not lag 5 minutes before changing.

old app was fine. app before that was fine. this one has less information and now not sure if it's the app or the OS on the thermostat, but I cannot set my fan to always on in different comfort profiles. for that matter I cannot get the fan to be always on if I override. really miss having an ecobee thermostat, so much more robust and configurable.
