Whenever I am opening the app it's always showing an error and giving a link and when I click on the link nothing happens and not being opened

Apparently, the developers are working in the most lethargic way. One of the worst applications...that too for managing school affairs of our kids. Most of the time the app doesn't work, you can't contact anybody because......they switch off contact no. and don't respond to emails.
