Ratings and reviews

I had a problem where I did not receive acknowledgment receipt of premium paid. I accessed the app through the "Reach us" option and after describing my issues , upon tapping the submit button , the app says it has encountered a problem and needs to close. Every time.

Customer service phone is dead, contacting on WhatsApp is impossible since it keeps you waiting forever saying you are in queue, that's the kind of service, but when it comes to sales 100 calls, messages, and emails every other day.... this is the problem everywhere when it comes to services, the customer services are at its worst ever.... donno where India is heading when it comes to consumers interest...

I am having a hard time logging in it's giving and constantly asking for permission which is not necessary for this app. Your app should be for ease of services for customer not so that you can pry on thier media files, audio files and why do you need phone recording permission. Just pathetic. Since I'm no able to use the app at all without giving all this permission no choice but to give one star
