I have no complaints when I'm actually using the device. The problem is the background battery usage. I have a battery monitoring app and my average battery usage with the screen off has been approximately 1.9% an hour. With this app installed, the average jumped to 4.8% an hour. After a full work day, my battery will drop almost in half and that's if I don't pick the phone up to use it at all.

App is very slow to load in the morning and freezes frequently during use and can't get to the fast pass screen. Not a good think when I am in line at our entrance gate and the app doesn't work.

This app is absolute garbage. Randomly logged me out, go to log back in and it says my username/password is wrong. Go to reset my password, and every time I enter a new password it tells me it's invalid even though I'm following the password requirements. Extremely frustrating to say the very least.
