for some reason the photo kept changing orientation, and I am not techy so I cannot figure out how to correct that. This app is basically impossible to use by yourself. honestly, I hate it. it was very very difficult!

Using the app for photos of the bottom of the hooves desperately needs improvement - when positioning the camera the phone is slightly upsidedown to match the suggested outline, resulting in upsidedown photos which you cannot verify that they match afterwards.
