Very very Very bad application Not opening restarting again and agin app after update

Not opening at all after last weeks update. The app opens and closses immediately after showing the home screen. I went to bank customer service but they told it is a technical problem which they are unable to solve. I installed the App and reinstated several times but still the same problem. Could someone from Bank can help to solve the problem
