Update: Thank you Simon for your prompt action. You even go above and beyond to resolve this issue by calling me. I didn't realize your voycher email went to my junk mail. It never happened before. I've been using this apps for more than two years already. I can say it really helps me a lot. Specially when i want to call in the Philippines. And also the Hya team is very responsive whenever i need the support. I don't know why someone gave a very bad review. I just hope that the will continue their apps support. Unhappy, I've been using this app to call my family back home a year ago, however new updates makes it really hard to even open the app. I contacted the customer service of my current issue, one replied then I asked if there's any chance to claim my balance back but he did not bother to replying at all.
