The coffee and most of the taste variety is good, however, the system on the app is really weird. I had to wait for like an hour to get my order, and I think the jagoan aren't really or not trained at all on how to communicate with customers. I don't know how much jagoan is getting paid for, but at least be professional. Tell the customers what is and what not. What in the indiana jones they're dealing with, but don't ghost customers. Can't the system tell if the jagoan are out of stock?

Love this coffee. However maybe the policy of minimum 3 cups for delivery need to be reviewed again. mostly they are not nearby and I only need to drink only 1 cup instead of 3 cups. I don't always have friends who want to buy at the same time. please return the previous policy of 1 cup delivery again.

Will edit this rating in the future, first impression was yea okay i get it my location is too far from you guys, so ima wait until you are available near my place. That and i found a bug, where i did the signup procedure, i had my acc, restarted the app and cant login again due to me having a very hard time to locate the sign in button, while the app kept asking me to sign up again. So yeah. 3/5 for now.
