Very disappointing experience. I had booked a slot well in advance and even applied a coupon along with a token payment. However, I received a call from the restaurant saying that all lunch slots for that day were fully booked and they were rescheduling me to 7:30 PM. I asked them to cancel the reservation, but even after a day, the booking still hasn't been canceled. When I called the outlet again, they claimed the booking is confirmed. This was my third visit to this outlet, and sadly, it will be my last. The service was horrible—my family and I spent most of the time with empty plates while staff served others. Even after multiple requests, food was served in minimal portions, as if they were trying to limit consumption. I asked three times for prawns and finally received just one stick with three pieces. Mutton was delayed by 15 minutes, chicken chap was empty, and kulfi flavours were unavailable. I paid ₹2800 but barely ate

I had booked a lunch buffet at 3:00 PM to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. Despite having a confirmed advance booking, when we reached the venue on time, there was no seating available as the staff had allowed walk-in customers ahead of us.
