I could connect remotely to my wavemaker before the most recent app update. I liked the controllability of the app when connected. I attempted to reconnect the wavemaker multiple times without success. I have no other option than to control it manually now. The support for this app is non-existent! Very disappointing!

I've got a jecod 5.4 autodoser. Phantom dosing (ie the machine adds additional doses at unscheduled times...possibly at times that I initially tested before overwriting???) means my tank's nutrients are all out of whack and causing algae. No response from Jecod or jebao. Unusable product. Don't waste your money.

Very very very weak wifi. Tried all instruction and you tube videos to connect to WiFi...but to no avail. Do yourself a favour and do not buy a jebao product. I bought an aqua pump and would not connect to wife. A few internet searches and discovered that it's full of bugs, unreliable disconnects most of the time. And as in my case to even made it to connection! My phone is an android galaxy 12 ultra. So it's not even an iPhone....which is what most of the complaints come from. Steer clear!!
