I downloaded the app because someone recommended it to me for money transfer. The app is easy to use, the rate is good, and the money arrives fast, especially with MTN. I did around 8 transfers so far. Unfortunately, my last experience wasn't up to the standards. I recharged my account, like always using interac 2 days ago, but the money is still not in my account. For once, I had an urgent transaction. The customer service is unreachable either by email, message, or calls. Disappointing.

I highly recommend this app. Faster and reliable. Security is its greater asset. Since I'm using it, no more headache. They have a very good exchange rate.
