not sure if its the app or the tracking device its self, but in testing it, it worked great. once it was installed in a vehicle, it couldnt be tracked.

Hi, thanks for feedback, looks there is no signal when you put your phone in car sometimes, have you checked gps status when you put your phone in car? Or you can turn on you 4G data for your phone, it will help to locate your position in some bad signal place. Thanks for feedback again.

Have no clue what I'm doing wrong but I can tell you it's not tracking anything but me my phone I set up my app and they still track my phone no good instructions don't know please help me
