It's not the worst, but it needs improvement. Canned reponses only send after pressing spacebar. Otherwise, they will send a blank response. Custom groups for canned responses are not available. There is no option to turn off haptic feedback!? Tag search does not display results while typing. Swipe action should be customizable for techs. 2 step verification would be nice.

Just a badly wrapped web app. Both the app and mobile version of the website are utterly useless. I check back in from time to time to see if there's been any improvement but I have to stick with the desktop website. I've never even received a notification about new tickets or anything of the sort. I have to ask what the point of this app is at the moment. This is one of the reasons why we are looking for another help desk system to replace Jitbit.

We have used Jitbit for 5 years now. While desktop browser works fine, the Jitbit Helpdesk app is absolutely frustrating. - Search function completely broken - Autopopulates reply field with "undefined" on new ticket, thus having to press for a cursor, then delete text - When opening ticket from Android Notifications, app always loads blank white page and have to swipe to clear - When using via Chrome, pressures you to use broken Jitbit app. Edit: Year later, still broke, no update.
