Horrible Customer Service. Trying to contact them via the app but it let me wait the keep cuting me off. Thailand Customer Service Team did nothing to help. The branch always ignore the problem. The branch mobile number showing in the app are fake. They do not care about customer. If Customer Service is not happy with you they just end the Line Chat and stop helping or replying.

J&T are useless so is this app. If I ever get a choice of couriers its KERRY every time, fast, efficient and on time. J&T give me a delivery date and usually are at least 1 day late and then tell me that I have changed the delivery time, I have NEVER changed a delivery time!

Waste my time. I try to find location and get the results that useless. I went to many locations this app suggest and found out that the shop closed permanently. If you can't provide service, it better to close your business.
