Worthless app for a worthless service. If you like waiting 60 minutes for a bus that is scheduled to come "every 20 minutes" only to have it drive past you without picking you up, this is the app for you. if you want to add an extra hour or two of hanging out outside of lax after a long flight, only to give up and take an Uber, this is the bus for you. I used to take it weekly. Now I can't take it even when I try.

AVOID. app is junk. website is useless. bought a ticket, took my money but didn't get the ticket added to my wallet. I didn't login for the session, not sure if my previous login was remembered. I can see my previous trip that I bought a week ago? but I guess because I wasnt logged in, calling customer service was again, no help and was told to contact my card company. cant login to my acct after the fact. forgot password prompt is not working. I would not leave home without buying your tickets

I bought tickets to the wrong station but was unable to refund them since I was trying to catch the bus. The refund policy is unrealistic. People only have a few minutes to get a refund. I later learned location did not matter since I could have used the tickets for either destination.
