I couldn't order with this app at all. First of all, the app decided to go according to the dark mode default of my phone. That would've been nice if the words had any contrast. Then each selection would just be stuck. I had a much easier time just ordering through my phone browser, so I'll stick with that.

Previously had placed a pick up order directly on their website, this time it pushed the app so I have it a try. Not intuitive at all, has to back out of pages to add payment info. Restarted order. Submitted it and immediately received a call from the store asking me if i really wanted 7 bowls! One order was duplicated, another in triplicate. Store manager said she'd call and have them refunded. Kudos to her. Deleted app after this experience.

Great update! No longer able to place an order for pick up as there's no way to select the location to pick up from. Brilliant!!! Asking me to email you is pretty ridiculous considering the issue. It's not difficult. Create an order and try to pick a location. When you see that's not possible, you've found the issue.
