This application allows you to calculate the yield and cash flow of your rental property and helps you make the right investment choice.

A simple and comprehensive form to:
- Estimate the purchase price;
- Estimate the various expenses;
- Calculate the financing of the property (by depreciation or in-fine, deferred);
