I find it VERY frustrating that I have to deal with "session expired" from time to time. It's an unnecessary security measure for an app of this purpose. I myself, while I find it annoying, don't mind typing my password every now and then. But I'm setting the robot vacuum cleaner for my mother who is not very tech savvy and sees something like having to type a password as a nightmare. Please consider removing it or adding the option to be kept logged in. Thank you.

Every now and then it logs me out. Account is not recognized and i have to register again with the exact same email address. I have to register and configure the robot again. He has to scan the place again and so on. Very time consuming! On top of that, the validation email I get to register is in Chinese and looks like a dodgy mail. Had to google it to be safe. Doesn't exactly aspire safety awareness but poor service management.

Robot performance is great. App is terrible. The cleaning ability of the actual robot is fantastic and I have no issues with it at all. The app, however, is terrible. Initially had problems trying to connect the app to the robot but once that was done, the issues started. The map rarely loads up and I have to go out and come back in multiple times before it loads. The list of schedules is blank until, again, I go out and come back in multiple times. Same for the cleaning records. Could be great
