Ratings and reviews

Good app but sometimes it doesn't load and if you don't know how to navigate to certain features, it can be difficult. It is also frustrating when the app approves a deposit capture and the bank representative emails to tell you the deposit isn't accepted. I've nearly torn up my check when I thought it was deposited correctly, only to have to repost and submit it again. It would be helpful for a message to the account holder to check back and verify it's posted.

I'm new to the app and bank. It seems that Kaiser has state of the art hospitals and departments but hasn't quite figured out the banking needs of it's members. I have called several times only to leave a voicemail and have only received 1 call back. The mobile app doesn't offer anything besides transfers. 😒 I would love for them to take some lessons from OnPoint Community Credit Union. They seem to have their act together and are always striving to increases the members experience

I received no instructions on how they wanted my check endorsed until I was completely finished with the deposit. It would have been nice to receive the instructions on how to properly endorse the check, and that I was supposed to fold back the corner of the check to show check number when taking picture of the back. I had to call KaiPerm, they said they would delete my first deposit so the system would accept my second deposit. I spent about 30 minutes getting this mobile deposit done!
