Does not work with Note 10 plus. Worked great on my other phone. Now it won't pair with my note 10 plus. Pretty annoyed please fix

Decent multimeter , bad app. Works with 6 years old Galaxy S6 , but doesn't with S10e running on Android 10. Useless.
