This app is a disaster for eating through gigabytes of mobile data in no time. I downloaded video before watching, no use. Set video quality to low, no use. Emailed support, no use. Edit to add: I have been using web browser to access video content, and manually select the lowest resolution (vs HD). Much better on mobile data usage.

This app is a joke. It allows you to download videos, which would have been really useful for people with sporadic internet connectivity, except the videos don't play when the app cannot connect to the internet to speak with Kaplan's server. To make matters worse, if Kaplan's server is down, which happens VERY often, the videos will again not play. I would have understood a few small issues if the app was new, but the app has been around with the same issue for YEARS!

The app first worked well for a week. It was easy to use and had everything I needed. But suddenly it stopped working. It said it can't connect the server. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall it. Then I was completely not able to log in. After awhile, it worked again. I guess it is just not stable.
