With BMS, create, view, assign, search, and update service tickets. You can capture notes, time entries and attachments such as photos all on your mobile device. If you have a service call associated with a ticket, you can find those tickets and see all details, such as this ticket requires a technician to go offsite which is great for both dispatchers and technicians. BMS ticketing with Kaseya VSA Alert Management on your mobile device, enables technicians on the move to quickly access asset and agent information on tickets.  VSA users have alert management which provides visibility and option to close alerts. See the status of the agent and see what endpoints are online and offline, all while seeing the latest audit information about endpoints.

We need multi-tennant sign-in, Live Connect, Remote Command / Powershell, and the ability to transfer files. I'm stuck using TeamViewer constantly for mobile support, and would love for Kaseya Fusion to harness the same power it's browser based RMM implementation contains. I need this! Keep up the hard work!! Live Connect and it's five stars immediately!!

Hello - We have recently published our latest Fusion release which includes MFA, Agent Procedure Execution and Logs along with enhanced filtering capability. We are working towards Live Connect functionality as we speak (service and process management just to name one). We look forward to your updated review.

Most importantly, MFA support is a must. For now, use an app locking app such as Norton App Lock! BMS: 1st, BMS needs a place to set a default view/filter. I do not want to keep removing closed tickets from my view. 2nd, notification options would make this so functional. VSA: It is a good place to lookup information, but not manage anything. Overall, tops anything I have personally seen in the past. Keep polishing. And yeah, LiveConnect may even win you the marketplace. But first, MFA. Thx

Crashes repeatedly with java.io.EOFException error when using Remote Control > Private Session. App Switching causes forced logout of session with irrecoverable blank screen after logging back in when connected to target device. Only get about 10-20 seconds of connectivity before some error or other occurs.
