■ Guidance on what to do in case of a failure

- If the KB Kookmin certificate is not visible on LG phone models
☞ This phenomenon occurs because the LG phone operating system (OS) is not updated in accordance with Google development policies. In this case, you can use it normally by [Delete and reinstall the KB Star Banking app from the Google Play Store > Reboot the smartphone > Reissue the KB National Certificate].

- If the app does not update or install
☞ Please delete data and cache in [Settings > Applications > Play Store > Storage] and try again.

- When KB Citizen Certificate issuance or login is not possible

【Optional access rights】
• Storage space: Access rights to device photos, media, and files, when using [Save, edit, delete, read certificate], [Send special remittance message after transfer], [Save bankbook copy], [Save transfer confirmation certificate], etc. Use.
• Contacts (Address Book): Used to retrieve contact information from the device when transferring contacts or sending SMS with transfer results.
• Camera: Access to the photo taking function, used when taking photos of ID cards, convenience services (submission of documents to the bank, photo payment of utility bills, etc.), and copying QR certificates.
• Microphone: Used for non-face-to-face real name verification, video calls, quick transfers via voice, etc.
• Location: Permission to access device location information, used when locating branches/automation devices, using branch consultation reservation services, etc.
• Physical activity: Used when using the KB Daily Walking service.
• Notifications: Used to obtain ARS authentication through push notifications or to receive notifications about beneficial products, services, events, and various financial benefits.

Poor quality app. It is not intuitive or user-friendly and seems to discard or request permissions and certificates that have already been provided. The only real use for this app is to check your bank balance.... if it actually lets you log in in the first place. It's a disappointing app from a very good bank. Edit: In store Banking services are great. The app user interface is still terrible. It is unnecessarily complicated and does not allow for translation of services into other languages.

stopped working. trying to use in NYC, US. what's going on?! showing error "NT003" for last a couple days! (added after reply) 아니요! 다끄고 wifi만 키고 해도 안되요! 어제 몇십번 시도하니 한번은 되던데 지금도 계속하는데 안되네요! 한국 국내에서만 잘 되는 엡인가 봐요!

App has usually always worked, but lately it has been buggy. I'll press one letter or number and it will apply a totally different one so I am currently unable to access my account or information. I think this happened after the most recent update.
