Very bad app. Can't do it on the laptop. No information about the wait or cancellation once you log in. Only one person can log in. So no family members can be on for consultation..and hospital customer care is always busy. You keep holding for 10-15 mins & finally give up. So you're totally in the dark.

Ms. Shital, we apologize for the experience you've had. At this point of time, we only offer 1 device support per patient. We appreciate your feedback and will try to include multiple device support in the future. Since this is a mobile app, it will work only on mobile phones and tabs (with limitations).

The video calling feature is not very good. My phone was ringing but i did not get a button to accept the call. But perhaps it may be a notifications setting on my phone. I like the health tips... Those are great.

No accountability. For sharing report, you are taking more than 24 hours and no concern of patient safety. After that also, customer support is shifting the blame to reports team, pathology team and nobody is taking any responsibility. Very disappointing.
