Very bad app. Can't do it on the laptop. No information about the wait or cancellation once you log in. Only one person can log in. So no family members can be on for consultation..and hospital customer care is always busy. You keep holding for 10-15 mins & finally give up. So you're totally in the dark.

Ms. Shital, we apologize for the experience you've had. At this point of time, we only offer 1 device support per patient. We appreciate your feedback and will try to include multiple device support in the future. Since this is a mobile app, it will work only on mobile phones and tabs (with limitations).

The video calling feature is not very good. My phone was ringing but i did not get a button to accept the call. But perhaps it may be a notifications setting on my phone. I like the health tips... Those are great.

Doesn't work on my Galaxy a15. Just shows a white screen. How is it that a online consultation can only happen on the mobile and not through a link for laptops? So if the app fails, I need to move my consultation. It's ridiculous.
