Welcome to the new mobile app from KFC Trinidad and Tobago. Our app now accepts online ordering for both delivery and pick up orders. Order and pay with a click of your finger. Have your order delivered to your location hot and fresh. Skip the line and go right up to the counter to collect your order with our Click & Collect service.

When you place your order, you get an email receipt with all of your order details. Show them to us when collecting your order. It’s that simple!

The app works great with a few exceptions. The location is very inaccurate but the drivers make it work. The app should offer an option of chicken pieces. Also, The Colonel’s Club was a nice idea except I have ordered many times and been told it would update within the hour and I still have no points reflected, which sucks. The app generally works well for it's purpose, otherwise.

This app is very good, however it has a major drawback that prevents me from ever wanting to touch it: I cannot choose the piece of chicken that comes with my meal. This app is great for literally everything except ordering chicken, the MAIN thing people buy from KFC. If you want something else, this app is good, you even get to choose your drink and side. Just don't use this for ordering chicken unless you're cool with getting random pieces.

App is a great idea. However, you can't select the pieces of chicken you want. Which means you then have to call to specify which is the whole point of the app. Or the staff just throw whatever piece they want into your box. Also, the system doesn't reduce your waiting time, it still takes me 45 mins to get an order from my store that's only a 5-10 min drive away.
